## Products

Our shop offers home-care (retail) products for personal use and professional (in-
clinic) products intended for use by qualified aesthetic and beauty professionals.
Professional products should only be used by trained practitioners, following the
manufacturer’s instructions.

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Packaging 
may vary slightly from the images shown. Always read the label and instructions 
before use, carry out a patch test where recommended, and stop using a product if
irritation occurs. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding,
or are unsure whether a product is right for you, please ask our team or your doctor
before use.

## Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract 
between you and us is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order. We may decline
or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or if there is an obvious
pricing error; in that case, any payment you made will be refunded in full.

## Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euro (€). Any delivery charges are shown at checkout before
you pay. Payment is taken securely by card through our payment providers at the 
time of ordering.

## Delivery

Orders placed through this website are delivered within **Malta** only. For orders
from other countries, please contact us on [WhatsApp (+356 9939 4213)](https://wa.me/35699394213).
Delivery times given are estimates; we will contact you if there is any delay.

## Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel an order and return products, and how refunds are made, are

## Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful
to do so, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your legal guarantee
for goods that do not conform to the contract. We are not responsible for any reaction
or result caused by using a product other than as directed.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. If a dispute arises, please contact
us first so we can try to resolve it. You may also contact the Malta Competition
and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA).

## Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of
your order applies to that order.
